LEARN MORE ABOUT THE PLUNJ DIFFERENCE.
In the far North, contrast therapy rituals are as simple as they are effective. The practice of alternating between hot and cold invigorates the body and mind. For centuries, gathering in the sauna and cold pool (sea) for relaxation and rejuvenation has been at the heart of what makes the world’s happiest people.

What to expect…
At PLUNJ, individuals move freely between our communal saunas (194°), cold pools (50°), bucket showers, and lounge. While not guided, an host frequently visits to throw water (löyly) on the sauna rocks, serve complimentary electrolyte water and tea, and overall to ensure a delightful experience. Guests book a 60-minute spot in a public group (up to 8 participants), or secure the whole space for themselves with private group (up to 20).
