Experience Contrast Therapy
Alternating between hot and cold temperatures invigorates the body and mind. In a 60-minute session, patrons move from the sauna to the cold plunge and back again at-will. This practice has been used for centuries to promote recovery, boost circulation, and create a sense of balance in the body.
