Member Bonus Sessions

⚠️ Sessions open for booking at 6:00 PM on the Sunday of the week the session occurs. Anytime before that, you’ll see the error message “Unfortunately you do not have access to this session…”

Examples:

• Monday → bookable starting previous Sunday (day before)

• Wednesday → bookable starting previous Sunday

• Saturday → bookable starting previous Sunday

• Sunday → bookable starting previous Sunday (7 days before)

‼️ Bonus Session Policies
✔︎ First come, first served.

✔︎ “Member Spot” is non-transferrable, must be named member on account. (i.e. Cannot send another individual in your place even if you typically share LAGOM or LAGOM+ credits.)

✔︎ Max attending four sessions (of each type) per month.

✔︎ In Members+1, max one guest. Cannot pay to bring additional guests.

* Joining Waitlist: When a spot in the session becomes available, the booking system will automatically send a SMS to everyone who is on the waitlist. The first person to respond to the SMS accepting their spot will be booked into the session.

** Members+1 Guest:, to register your guest, book yourself twice into the session. If on waitlist, do the same. Each spot admitted one-by-one.

*** Late Cancel / No Show Fee: Due the to high demand of bonus sessions, rescheduling / cancelling within 24 hours subject to loss of bonus credit and a $20 fee / person. Same applies to no-shows.
