Applies to All Memberships

✔︎ $25 Member Guest Passes

▷ Purchase via PLUNJ mobile app < Tap SLC (top slider) < Tap Memberships < Tap Packages < Scroll down to Packages < Scroll right to “Member Guest” and tap $Buy for $25

▷ Members assume responsibility for payment (see “Booking Cancellation and Rescheduling”) in case of guest reschedule, cancel, no-show

▷ Members must accompany (be in same session) as their discounted guests

✔︎ Invites to exclusive events:

▷ Access to up to four free bonus member-only sessions per month. Displays in calendar two weeks in advance. First come, first served

▷ Access to up to four free bonus member+1 sessions per month. Displays in calendar two weeks in advance. First come, first served

• Member must me present. Member cannot purchase access for additional guests (max 1).

▷ Access to discounted specialty sessions (i.e. breath-work, candlelight, sound bath, etc.) that are announced and publicized ad-hoc.

▷ Access to other meetups (community events) where PLUNJ is sponsor. Details announced case-by-case.

✔︎ No minimum commitment, discontinue membership anytime.

✔︎ Pricing and membership benefits exclusive to Salt Lake City location

✶ Members found to be violating usage terms will be subject to membership suspension and/ or termination.

SISU Members

✔︎ Unlimited visits per month

▷ PLUNJ is open 6 days a week, for an average of 24 days a month.

▷ Pass may be utilized to book multiple sessions in the same day.

▷ Membership is non-transferrable. Credits may not be utilized for “free guests” to attend in member’s place or as guests.

▷ Free first-timer guest accompanied by member.

✶ Membership represents over $1,000 in monthly retail value

SISU2 Members

✔︎ Same benefits / terms as SISU, except applies to two individuals.

✔︎ Billing is processed on a primary account holder for full amount (no split payments). PLUNJ hosts will create a secondary account for second individual to use independently for bookings.

✔︎ If one member decides to cancel (primary / secondary), both are cancelled.

✶ Membership represents over $1,750 in monthly retail value

LAGOM Members

✔︎ 4 use-anytime credits per month

▷ Credits can be utilized to book multiple sessions in the same day.

▷ Credits do NOT roll over month-to-month, however members may utilize credits to book appointments in future months before renewal of pass (and loss of previous month’s unused credits).

▷ Credits are combinable and transferrable. Credits may be utilized for individual use, to bring guests on the same booking, or to book someone else in their place.

✔︎ $25 additional sessions

▷ Automatically applied during booking once exceeded credits in a month.

✶ Membership represents over $500 in monthly retail value

LAGOM+ Members

✔︎ Same benefits and terms at LAGOM, but doubles use-anytime credits (8)

VIKRA

• While designed for corporate / business users, it’s not required to purchase.

  ✔︎ Members select a recurring dedicated, weekday session at 10:30a, 12:00p, 1:30p or 3:00p. Subject to availability.

  ▷ That session will be removed from public view / booking.

  ▷ A calendar invite will be sent to the primary account holder, but no individual reservations required. You and/or your guests (up to 12) show up for the session at the time already secured.

  ▷ Bonus Sessions

  • Because it’s a dedicated weekday, some months will have a “5th Mon” or “5th Tue”. That will be reserved and available for your usage as well.

  ▷ 3-month minimum commitment

  ✶ Membership represents over $1000 in monthly retail value

Punch Passes

• These are essentially pre-paid session credits, at a discount, with an expiration. Standard everyday offer is a 10-visit pass, but other variations may be offered on occasion (i.e. 5-visit Black Friday)

  ✔︎ Transferable (can be used for anyone) credits.

  ✔︎ Credits may be utilized to book individual sessions, or to add guests to your booking, or to send a guest in your place.

  ✶ Credits expire 6 months after purchase.

  ✶ Not a “membership”, i.e. not applicable to member benefits like free bonus sessions.

Gift Cards

• Non-refundable
• Can only be redeemed at the location where they were purchased (i.e. Salt Lake)
• Cannot be transferred to other locations

Rescheduling + Cancelations

The following applies to General Admission sessions:

▷ Non-Members

• <12 hrs. = no refund

• No show = no refund

​ ▷ SISU / SISU 2 Members:

• > 12 hrs. = refund session credit

• < 12 hrs. = $20 penalty (auto-charged to the card on file)

• No show = $20 penalty (auto-charged to the card on file)

​ ▷ LAGOM+ / LAGOM Members + PUNCH PASS Holders:

• > 12 hrs. = refund session credit

• < 12 hrs. = loss of session credit (no refund)

• No show = loss of session credit, and $20 penalty (auto-charged to the card on file)

Guest Pass:

In adding a discounted guest to a session, member assumes responsibility for rescheduling / cancellation / no-show.

• > 12 hrs. = no charge

• < 12 hrs. = $20 penalty (auto-charged to the card on file)

• No show = $20 penalty (auto-charged to the card on file)

The following applies to Member Only and Member+1 sessions:

• > 12 hrs. = refund session credit

• < 12 hrs. = $20 penalty (auto-charged to the card on file) per person

• No show = $20 penalty (auto-charged to the card on file) per person

✶ Unpaid penalties beyond 7 days will result in membership suspension / termination.

​​The following applies to Group Buyouts:

▷1 Hour and 2 Hour Sessions

• > 48 hrs. = full refund

• < 48 hrs. = no refund

• No show = no refund

✶ Must be paid immediately, to reserve session.

–> MEMBER CANCELLATIONS

Members may cancel their membership online or in-person at any time.

▷ To avoid being charged for the next month, members must cancel before their membership renews

▷ Session credits will be available for use through the end of the membership term

▷ Benefit to purchase discounted guest passes will end on the day of membership cancellation (not at renewal)

▷ Access to Member Only and Member+1 sessions will end on the day of membership cancellation (not at renewal)
