Yes, there’s the stareotypical (but really good) pho. Try the boneless short rib though, with some crispy spring rolls. The sauces make it.

Francesco trained in some of Italy’s top gelato schools and brought his learnings to Salt Lake in 2014. Known for many flavors, the Vegan dark chocolate is next level.

Pierre (originally from Brugge) brought an old family recipe to Salt Lake starting 20+ years ago with a humble waffle cart. Menu also includes some of Utah’s standout fries.

At Level Crossing Brewing Company, their terroir, or defining characteristics, encapsulate the overall essence of passion and camaraderie. The red feather in the logo is a long-standing family tradition of always leaving an empty place setting for “Red Feather” at the dinner table. This is to celebrate the tradition of hospitality and inclusion. The empty seat is left open just in case a weary traveler, family member, or friend knocks on the door, so there would be a place for them to join.
LATE NIGHT BITES

While not local, one of our owners is local to the California icon that is In-N-out and with it being open until 1:00a, it’s a sure way to curb any late night appetites.
^Also, AI tried to make a combined PLUNJ In-N-Out concept… not perfect, but not bad.
